Lord Buddha Awareness And Development Foundation is a registered public charitable trust working on a non-profit basis for education, health, social development and welfare of the poor under the Indian Trust Act and applicable regulations.

While donating, donors must provide accurate identity, email, address and PAN where required, so that statutory receipts can be generated.
8. Payment Gateway Processing
All online financial transactions are processed by licensed third-party payment gateways. The Trust is not directly responsible for loss of connectivity or technical faults at the bank gateway.
9. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Donations to a public charitable trust are generally non-refundable. In case of a technical error or duplicate transaction, you may contact us with proof within 7 working days.
10. Volunteer Registration & Engagement
Applying as a volunteer through the website expresses willingness to participate free of charge in the Trust's social work. It does not form the basis of any permanent employment or contractual claim.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Trust, its trustees or authorized members are not liable for any indirect or consequential damage arising from use or inability to use the website.
12. Modification of Terms
The Trust administration reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Revised terms are considered effective as soon as they are posted on the website.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. In case of any dispute, only the competent courts of Aurangabad, Bihar shall have legal jurisdiction.
